What is the recommended flow of water for an evoUV 55?

The optimum flow rate of an evo55 is 15,000 litres per hour.

The maximum flow rate of an evo55 is 20,000 litres per hour.

For all evoUV models, the recommended flow rate is based on what allows you to pass the entire volume of your pond through the evoUV once every 2 to 3 hours.

For optimum performance, you want to run water through the UV as slowly as possible, so opt for a turnover rate of 3 hours if you can.

For example, if your pond is 10,000 litres, to turn that over in 3 hours, the optimum flow rate you need is approx. 3,300 lph.
