How do I calculate the head height?
To find the head height, measure the vertical distance from the surface of the water to the top of the waterfall. Remember to add 1 foot of head for every 10 feet of pipe that will connect the pump and waterfall.

Whilst a pre-filter such as the Cetus Sieve will reduce the cleaning frequency of the K+Advanced Filter, it is not a requirement.

How often should I use Stop Blanketweed?
Dose the recommended amount of Stop Blanketweed once a week for four weeks, dose monthly after the initial application to maintain clear water.
Will water temperature effect the performance of Stop Blanketweed?
If water temperature is below 8°, treatment efficiency is reduced. Stop Blanketweed will be more effective as temperatures rise.
Do I need to switch of my UV when using eaMedications?
Yes, the UV will weaken the strength of the treatment and make it less effective
How long do I need to wait before I can treat with eaMedications again?
You can repeat the dose, or treat the pond with an alternative treatment 7 days after the last dose has finished, following a 20% water change.
