Simple Modular Solutions

Flocell XFM Fines Filters have been designed to be modular and conform with any flow rate required, making them suitable for a variety of applications.

When specifying multiple XFM Fines Filter 1200 for your system you benefit from more retention capacity,
less energy consumption and less water usage compared to using sand filters on the same set-up.

Twin Filter Configuration

When specifying multiple XFM Fines Filter 1200 for your system you benefit from more retention capacity, less energy consumption and less water usage compared to using sand filters on the same set-up.

Triple Filter Configuration

Easily install multiple XFM Fines Filter 1200 side by side within a relatively compact footprint, ideal for RAS systems.

Why our XFM Fines Media?

Flocell open-cell media has been designed to efficiently reduce water turbidity
and retain particulate without increasing the pressure within the filter or reducing the flow.

Turbidity Reduction Efficiency Test

The European Standard states that a minimum reduction in turbidity of 50% must be achieved in this test.
OCM Products Filtration Media has a turbidity reduction efficiency of 93% after 20 cycles.

Filtration Efficiency vs. Particle Size

This test define the efficiency with which particles of specified size are removed by the filter in one pass.
The retention capacity of our media was not reached during this testing.
