How often do I need to change the media in my Nexus?
You should never need to change the media in your filter. You can add more to the outer chamber of your filter if required. Please see question 4 for more information before adding more.
Can Nexus+ be gravity or pump fed?
Yes, it can easily be adapted to either filtration method by simply swapping the supplied rubber boots.

K1 Micro is floating but K+Media is not in my Nexus, why is this?
The K+Media in normal conditions becomes semi-buoyant within 48 hours. However, the K1 Micro (only in the Eazy) takes longer to absorb water. This can take up to one week.
